Privacy Policy

文盲救星 (“Literacy Savior”, “the app”) is a writing keyboard and companion iOS app. This policy explains what information is processed, where it is stored, and which third parties may receive it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use tracking or advertising SDKs.
1. Who is responsible
The app is published as Literacy Savior / 文盲救星. Questions: hidelove520@hotmail.com.
2. We do not require an account
This version does not create an app account. You can use the keyboard and optional VIP without signing in. Purchases are handled by Apple using your Apple ID.
3. What the app processes
The app processes text you type or select so it can rewrite, translate, correct, or generate related content or images. That processing happens:
- On this device when you use Apple Intelligence; or
- On a third-party server when you use a cloud AI provider (see section 6).
We do not operate our own analytics, crash reporter, or advertising network. We do not record a keystroke log.
4. Full Access (custom keyboard)
The custom keyboard requests Full Access so it can call AI features and share settings with the main app (App Group + Keychain). Full Access does not mean we log everything you type. The keyboard only sends text or an image prompt when you tap an AI action (for example rewrite, translate, grammar fix, or generate image).
5. Data stored on this device
- Keyboard preferences, writing tones, languages, and used-character history — App Group on this device
- Optional keyboard wallpaper photos you pick — stored on this device, not uploaded
- Generated images you keep in the gallery — stored on this device, not uploaded by us
- Custom AI endpoint, model name, and API keys — Keychain and App Group so the keyboard can use them. Keys are not uploaded to our servers
- VIP status and remaining free credits — App Group on this device
6. Cloud AI and third parties
When you use a cloud provider, the text or image prompt you submit is sent over HTTPS to that provider so it can generate a result. We do not operate those APIs.
- Built-in Literacy Savior writing and image agents send the submitted text or prompt to a third-party AI gateway (currently OpenRouter) using a key bundled in the app. Your prompt leaves this device. Review OpenRouter’s privacy policy.
- A provider you configure (for example OpenAI, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Gemini, or a custom HTTPS endpoint) receives the submitted text or prompt. Review that provider’s privacy policy. Custom endpoints must use HTTPS.
- Apple Intelligence (when available and selected) runs on this device with Apple’s on-device foundation model and is not sent to a cloud AI by this app.
Third-party AI providers may process data in other countries. Do not submit secrets, passwords, or sensitive personal data in prompts.
7. Purchases
Optional VIP is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment, Apple ID, and subscription status. We receive a purchase token / product identifier from StoreKit so the app can unlock VIP features. We do not receive your full credit-card number.
8. iCloud Key-Value Store
To prevent a reinstall from resetting the free-plan allowance, the app may store small usage counters (how many free writing and image credits have been consumed) in Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Store, tied to your iCloud account. These counters stay in iCloud under your Apple ID. We do not run a server that reads them.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Retention and deletion
Most data lives only on your device (and, for free-credit counters, in your iCloud). Deleting the app removes local App Group data. You can remove the keyboard in iOS Settings. You can clear used-character history and generated images in the app. To stop iCloud counters, sign out of iCloud or delete the app and the iCloud data for this app if iOS offers that option. Cloud AI providers retain prompts according to their own policies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

文盲救星（Literacy Savior）是寫作鍵盤及配套 iOS App。本政策說明會處理哪些資料、存放位置，以及哪些第三方可能收到資料。我們不出售個人資料，亦不使用追蹤或廣告 SDK。
1. 負責人

2. 不需要帳號
此版本不會建立 App 帳號。你可在毋須登入的情況下使用鍵盤及可選 VIP。購買由 Apple 以你的 Apple ID 處理。
3. App 會處理的內容
App 會處理你輸入或選取的文字，以便改寫、翻譯、校對或產生相關內容／圖片。處理方式為：
- 使用 Apple Intelligence 時，在本機完成；或
- 使用雲端 AI 供應商時，在第三方伺服器完成（見第 6 節）。
我們沒有自行營運分析、當機報告或廣告網絡，亦不會記錄按鍵日誌。
4. 完整取用（自訂鍵盤）
自訂鍵盤會要求完整取用，以便呼叫 AI 功能，並與主 App 同步設定（App Group 與 Keychain）。完整取用並不代表我們會記錄你輸入的所有內容。只有你按下 AI 動作（例如改寫、翻譯、文法修正或生圖）時，鍵盤才會送出文字或生圖提示詞。
5. 儲存在本機的資料
- 鍵盤偏好、語氣、語言、已用字紀錄 — 此裝置的 App Group
- 你選擇的鍵盤背景相片 — 只留在本機，不會上傳
- 你保留在圖庫的生成圖片 — 只留在本機，我們不會上傳
- 自訂 AI 端點、型號與 API 金鑰 — Keychain 與 App Group，供鍵盤使用，不會上傳到我們的伺服器
- VIP 狀態與剩餘免費額度 — 此裝置的 App Group
6. 雲端 AI 與第三方
使用雲端供應商時，你提交的文字或生圖提示詞會以 HTTPS 傳送到該供應商以產生結果。我們不營運這些 API。
- 內建文盲救星寫作／生圖 agent會把提交的文字或提示詞送到第三方 AI 閘道（目前為 OpenRouter）。提示詞會離開此裝置。請參閱 OpenRouter 私隱政策。
- 你自行設定的供應商（例如 OpenAI、OpenRouter、DeepSeek、Gemini 或自訂 HTTPS 端點）會收到提交的文字或提示詞。請查閱該供應商的私隱政策。自訂端點必須使用 HTTPS。
- Apple Intelligence（如裝置支援且已選用）在本機以蘋果基礎模型執行，本 App 不會把它送到雲端 AI。
第三方 AI 供應商可能在其他國家處理資料。請勿在提示詞中提交密碼或敏感個人資料。
7. 購買
可選 VIP 經 Apple 內購以自動續訂訂閱出售。Apple 處理付款、Apple ID 與訂閱狀態。我們經 StoreKit 收到購買憑證／產品識別碼，以便解鎖 VIP。我們不會收到完整信用卡號碼。
8. iCloud 鍵值儲存
為避免刪除 App 後免費額度被重設，App 可能把少量用量計數（已用的免費寫作／生圖次數）存入 Apple iCloud 鍵值儲存，並與你的 iCloud 帳號連結。這些計數留在你 Apple ID 的 iCloud。我們沒有伺服器讀取它們。
9. 兒童
本 App 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們亦不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
10. 保留與刪除
大部分資料只留在你的裝置（免費額度計數則在你的 iCloud）。刪除 App 會移除本機 App Group 資料。可在 iOS 設定移除鍵盤。可在 App 內清除已用字紀錄與生成圖片。雲端 AI 供應商會按其自身政策保留提示詞。
11. 變更
我們可能更新本政策。頁頂「最後更新」日期會隨之變更。更新後繼續使用即表示接受修訂後的政策。
